Delete your account and data
This process applies to the ColdCall Android app and accounts provided through an employer or customer organisation.
How to request deletion
- Email partner@thynkwise.co.in from the work email linked to your account.
- Use the subject thynkWISE Mobile account deletion request.
- Include your organisation name and the account email. Do not include your password, access token, prospect lists or other sensitive data.
- We or your organisation's administrator will verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What is deleted
After verification and authorisation by the customer organisation, the account is disabled and personal profile data, active authentication credentials and data that is not required for lawful business, security or audit purposes is deleted or anonymised. Signing out of the app clears local credentials and tenant work data from the device.
What may be retained
Limited business call records, consent evidence, security logs, billing records or audit history may be retained where the customer organisation or applicable law requires it. Where retention is required, access remains restricted and the information is deleted or anonymised when the obligation ends.
