Which terms apply when I use ColdCall?

Where is my data stored, and for how long?
Server records are retained according to your organisation's policy and applicable legal, security and audit obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS. On Android, authentication tokens are held in Android encrypted storage. In the Chrome extension, platform configuration and OAuth tokens are held in Chrome extension storage.
Signing out clears local credentials and tenant work data on the device; uninstalling the extension removes its local data.
How do I request a data processing agreement?

No data processing agreement is published on this site, so requests are handled directly rather than by downloading a standard form.
How do I cancel a licence?
