What the Calling Adoption Score is
The Calling Adoption Score is a free three-question assessment. It returns one recommended starting layer for your team. It takes about two minutes and asks for no contact details.
It exists because most calling problems are not solved by adding software. They are solved by fixing the one constraint that breaks the working day. The score names that constraint before you compare plans, so you buy the smallest thing that removes it.
What the three questions measure
Team shape. How many callers' activity you have to piece together — a founder calling alone, a small team on shared targets, or multiple reps, pods and managers. The more people involved, the more a single operating view earns its place.
Calling surface. Where calls actually happen today — business SIMs and handset diallers, browser diallers and softphones, or both at once needing one call ledger.
Main constraint. Where the effort breaks down — the next action is lost, outcomes and callbacks are missed, or you cannot see why results vary between callers.

The assessment reads the plan catalogue that is live at the time, so it never points at a plan you cannot buy.
